Shipping Policy – Industry E-Cart

Shipment Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are usually processed within 0-12 business days, unless we face issues with the delivery, in which case our team shall inform you of the delay. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • High Volume Orders: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
  • Pandemic Delays: Shipping times might be extended due to supply chain disruptions caused by the pandemic.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Local Shipping: INR 250 will be levied as local shipping charges.
  • International Shipping: International shipping charges will be handled by Industry E-Cart wherever possible. In cases where the customer is charged an international shipping fee for a particular supplier, it will be displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has shipped.
  • Tracking Number: We shall update the tracking number as soon as possible, after which you will be able to track your shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Customs Clearance: Customs clearance fees and taxes applied to your order will be handled by Industry E-Cart and have been added to the price of the goods.
