Return Policy

Industry E-Cart will accept returns of merchandise subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:

• RMA Requirement: Contact our Customer Service Executive to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before dispatching any material.
• Return Time Frame: For all returns not covered under manufacturer warranties, returns must be made within 7 days from the date of the invoice.
• Return Documentation: Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and a document citing the reason for the return.
• Freight Charges: Customers must bear the freight charges associated with returns. C.O.D. returns are not accepted.
• Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable (NCNR) Items: Military and Space grade products procured from Industry E-Cart are non-cancellable and non-returnable.
• Manufacturer Warranty Returns: Returns related to manufacturer warranties are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the manufacturer’s warranty and return policy.
• Non-Counterfeit Warranty: By returning material to Industry E-Cart, you represent and warrant that the returned product purchased from Industry E-Cart is not counterfeit or otherwise non-conforming and does not violate Industry E-Cart’s counterfeit policy.
• ESD Sensitive Products: Any ESD-sensitive product returned that has not been handled properly will not be eligible for credit.
