Return Policy of Industry E-cart is transparent and quick which makes buyer trust us while placing order. We believe in value for money for product supply.  Our policy lasts 7 days after delivery in case of Manufacturing Defects in Products. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds or no are granted (if applicable)

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, Bank account, wallet or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days at the discretion of the Industry E-cart.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
• If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing defect.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, Please contact us and we will get back to you with further process of exchange.

Shipping

• To return your product, Please contact us at admin@industryecart.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
• If you are shipping an item over Rs 2500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All refunds will be processed at the discretion of Industry E-cart. The above conditions are subject to Karnataka  jurisdiction

Can I cancel the order?

For cancellation, you can reach out to us at +91-9663330052 / [email protected] or request for order cancellation from the My Orders section in your My Account. You have upto 48 Hours from the time of placing your order to cancel your order.

Can Industry E-cart cancel the order?

Industry E-cart can cancel the order for various reasons such as:

1. Product out-of-stock
   2. Area for delivery not serviceable
   3. Incomplete address
   4. Other reasons based on Industry E-cart’s business discretion

FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All orders Rs. 2500 and over (including sale and closeout items!) qualify for free standard shipping across India.
• Orders under Rs. 2500 will be charged for standard shipping across India. You can check out our shipping policy page for more information and details
• Shipping changes including intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a standard shipping charges and free shipping offer will not be applicable on shipping
• For orders outside the India this promotion is not applicable.

Payments for all successful orders would be transferred to your bank account as per the payment cycle:

• 1st to 7th day : 17th of same month
• 8th to 15th day : 25th of same month
• 16th to 23rd day : 3rd of next month
• 24th to 31st day : 11th of next month

 

The mode of payment would be RTGES or NEFT, whichever is applicable.
